Create art + play Policies
For our family classes a parent or caregiver must be present. All other classes are drop off classes.
Parents or caregivers must also be present for the open- studio time, unless paying an extra fee for drop-off.
Students must be potty-trained for all drop-off classes or camps.
Please be on time for pickup of child after classes.
At CREATE art + play studio, we enjoy providing high quality classes and instructors for adults and children. A minimum of 3 students must be enrolled in order for most classes to be held. We will notify you if your class might not run due to low enrollment.
Additionally, while we hold your spot for you, we might have others on our wait list for the class, secure appropriate staffing, and buy material based on the number of students enrolled. We do not give refunds unless notified 10 days prior to the class. Cancellations must be received in writing, via email, up to 10 days prior to the first class. In the event of a cancellation, the class tuition (minus the non-refundable deposit) will be refunded in full up to 10 days prior to the start of class. If you miss a class we offer one open studio session for a missed class. Please note being in the class one month does not hold your space for the next session.

Release of Liability
As the legal parent or guardian, you release and hold harmless, CREATE art + play studio, its owners and operators from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the participant and/or the undersigned, while in or upon the premises or any premises under the control and supervision of CREATE art + play studio owners and operators or in route to or from any of said premises. That said we do take your child's safety seriously.
We do take photographs to use on Facebook and for promotional purposes. If you are not okay with this please let us know.
